If you are to train at the Ritz Carlton you will need to take personal responsibility of guest satisfaction and ensure that everything from your personal appearance to your work time behavior radiates an air of inviting professionalism
You will be trained to fully comprehend all the operations that comprimise the Rooms Division Department during these 6 months. Maintain good and smooth guest relations, build rapports and offer personalized service and assistance. Assist Front Desk when required, help guests check in & check out, etc. Assist other departments in resolving problems when Department head concerned is not available.
