Cevapcici is a Southeast-European dish that consist of minced meat. The meat can be either veal, lamb, pork or beed. It is a nationally recognised dish in countries like Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina. You may also find Cevapcici in the neighbouring countries Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Kosova, Albania and Slovenia. Hospitality Academy decided to make a vegan version of this dish, as we recognise that there are more and more vegans and veganism has become increasingly more important in today’s society.
