Step 1
Heat the oil in a pan. Stir fry the veggies for approx. 2 mins. Add the curry paste and continue to cook for an extra minute. Pour in the coconut milk and water, bring to the boil and then season with salt. Reduce the heat and let the curry simmer for approx. 4 mins. Lastly, add the tofu and heat gently. This is how easy our red tofu curry is to make!
