This hot fruit punch is an excellent addition to every Christmas party, or just to enjoy during the cold and dark nights of the winter season. Heat up some punch, snuggle up under your blanket and watch one of your favourite holiday movies and let the warmth sooth you from the inside out.

Ingredients
  • 8dl apple juice
  • 1 orange
    (use zest and the juice)
  • 60g elderberry jelly
  • 2 bags fruit tea
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 1 orange, sliced
How To

    For the hot fruit punch:
    Pour the apple juice into a pan and add all other ingredients listed under “for the punch”. Bring everything to the boil. Remove the pan from the heat and cover the punch so it can settle and infuse for approx. 15 mins. Then strain the liquid.

    To serve:
    Add the apple and orange slices to the drink and serve hot.
