Boil the water in a small pot. Once the water is boiling, take the pot off the heat and add the tea bags and all other ingredients except for the full cream milk. Stir well. Cover the pot and leave for approx. 10 mins. Then strain the liquid and pour it into 4 cups.
Heat the milk in a pot and whisk until frothy. Then serve on top of the homemade chai latte in the glasses.
