Ingredients
3 garlic cloves
2tbsp sesame oil
2tbsp olive oil
1 tin chickpeas (approx. 400g), rinsed and drained
1tbsp lemon juice
1/2tsp ground cumin
3/4tsp salt
a little pepper

Step 1
Put the garlic cloves and oil in a small pan (garlic should approx. be 1/2 covered). Heat gently and fry the garlic until it is golden-brown in colour. Turn off heat and leave to cool.

For the hummus:
Put the rinsed chickpeas and the remaining ingredients in a blender and add the garlic oil. Then carefully blend. Et voilà!
