Ingredients
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2tbsp sesame oil
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tin chickpeas (approx. 400g), rinsed and drained
  • 1tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2tsp ground cumin
  • 3/4tsp salt
  • a little pepper
How To

    Step 1
    Put the garlic cloves and oil in a small pan (garlic should approx. be 1/2 covered). Heat gently and fry the garlic until it is golden-brown in colour. Turn off heat and leave to cool.

    Step 2
    For the hummus: Put the rinsed chickpeas and the remaining ingredients in a blender and add the garlic oil. Then carefully blend. Et voilà!
