Ingredients
  • 200g white flour
  • 150g sugar
  • 130g ground hazelnuts
  • 3tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 1/2 baking powder
  • 1 pack vanilla sugar
  • a little salt
  • 2 1/2dl water
  • 5tbsp sunflower oil
  • 100g dark chocolate
    roughly chopped
  • icing sugar
    to dust the top of the muffins
How To

    For the mixture:
    Mix the flour with all other ingredients up until and including the salt in a large bowl. Add the water and oil and mix. Then, stir in the chocolate bits. Put the mixture into the prepared muffin shapes.

    To bake:
    Bake the muffins for approx. 22 mins in the centre of a preheated oven (180 degrees). After 22 mins, remove the tray from the oven and let the muffins cool down on a rack. Then dust the muffins with icing sugar.
