Did you know that Hot Dogs are actually not made of dogs? Well these ones are made of prawn which might sound weird in combination with dog, but our Prawn Hot Dog is amazing.

Ingredients
  • 1 avocado, cut in half
  • 300g peeled raw prawn tails (half them lengthwise)
  • a little salt
  • a little pepper
  • 4 baguettes (approx. 100g each)
  • 2tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 spring onion incl. green part, cut into rings
  • 1tbsp fried onions

    Step 1
    Grill the avocado for a bit, then let to cool. Once cooled down, strip off the skin and cut into slices.

    Grill the prawns over medium heat for approx. 4 mins on each side. Then season with salt and pepper.

    Cut open baguette (lengthwise) but not all the way through. The baguettes should be able to open like a book on one side. Fill the baguette with sweet chilli sauce and grilled avocado. Add the grilled prawns and spring onions. Garnish the prawn hot dog with fried onions.
