Ingredients
  • 1tbsp peanut oil
  • 2 spring onions
    cut into rings and putting some of the green parts to the side
  • 1 red chilli, finely chopped
  • 120g salted, roasted peanuts, ground
  • 4dl vegetable bouillon
  • 1 1/2dl full cream
  • 3tbsp dry white vermouth 
How To

    Step 1
    For the vegetables and peanuts: Heat the oil in a pan and briefly sauté the onions and red chilli slices. Add the peanuts and sauté them while stirring.

    Step 2
    For the soup: Pour in the remaining ingredients and simmer for approx. 5 minutes. Garnish with the green part of the spring onions that you put aside previously.
