There is nothing healthier, than a lentil soup with apple and ginger. This is a completely biased statement, and I am completely aware of its scientific inaccuracies in terms of validity. But even though I am no doctor, I am very confident about the correctness of this statement in terms of “I just
know it”. An apple a day keeps the doctor away after all and lentils and ginger are already considered super foods in their own aspects. So according to my middle school level of math, a mixture of all these ingredients just has to add up to “most healthy”.
