Christmas Goose

Goose might not be the most traditional poultry to use as feast during the holidays, but this recipe will make your family embrace new customs even faster than the kids can open their presents on the morning after. Recognised celebrity chefs like Gordon Ramsey are praising this protein and created their own recipes in an attempt to incorporate the goose in our lovely traditions. The Christmas Goose offers a flavourful, rich, and juicy meal and provides the perfect balance between turkey and chicken, making it a most delectable hybrid.
