Ingredients
1tsp mustard
2tbsp herbal wine vinegar
3tbsp sunflower oil
1 garlic clove, pressed
4tbsp parsley, chopped
2 tins of chickpeas,
approx. 400g each, rinsed and drained
3 oranges
a little salt
a little pepper

Step 1
Mix the mustard and remaining ingredients with the parsley, season the sauce. Mash one third of the chickpeas with a fork, add the the sauce with the remaining chickpeas. Peel the oranges and slice the flesh parts into half. Add to the salad with the juice to season.Â
