Ingrédients
  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • 2 boiled corn on the cob
    thickly sliced
  • 1 cup raw peanuts
  • 1 1/2 tbsp flour
  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • 1tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/4tsp asafoetida
  • 4 crushed garlic cloves
  • a little salt
  • 1/2tsp tumeric powder
  • 2tsp coriander powder
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 2tsp lemon juice
  • 1tbsp fresh coriander leaves
Préparation

    Step 1
    Grind the peanuts and put in a bowl.

    Pour the cup of yogurt in a bowl, add the flour and 1 cup of water and whisk until smooth.

    Heat the oil in a non-sticky pan. Add the cumin seeds and sauté until their color changes. Add asafoetida and sauté until fragrant.

    Add the ground peanuts, mix and sauté for 1-2 mins. Add garlic, mix and sauté for an additional minute.

    Add yogurt mixture, 1/4 cup of water, salt, tumeric and coriander powder and mix well.

    Add the boiled corn and the sugar and then mix everything. Cover and cook on medium heat for approx. 10 mins.

    Add lemon juice, mix and cover to cook for another 2 mins. Take the pan off the heat and put the curry into a serving bowl. Finally, garnish the dish with the coriander leaves. Serve the corn curry dish!
