Ingredients
1 grapefruit
(use half of the zest)
20g sugar
1/2 bag of Earl Grey
(use only the content)
3 bags Earl Grey tea
4dl boiling water
4dl milk
How To

For the grapefruit sugar:
Mix the grapefruit zest, sugar and tea. Set aside.

For the latte:
Put the tea bags into a measuring cup and pour in the water. Leave to steep for approx. 5 mins. Froth the milk with a whisker and pour into 4 separate cups or glasses. Remove the tea bags and carefully pour the tea over the milk. Sprinkle your earl grey latte with some grapefruit sugar. Serve hot.
